Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return, namely perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

There are other products for which we do not accept returns:

  • gift cards and gift vouchers
  • content uploaded from a website
  • certain personal care products

For a refund to be justified, we require an invoice to be attached.

Do not send the invoice back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault.
  • any product returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time.

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once you have received the returned product, we will send you a gift voucher by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver has instructed us to give it to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the giver and they will be responsible for your return.
